the place was clean with professional staff members. we had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and satellite tv in the apartment. we did not want to leave, recommend.

The room at BW Suites & Spa felt like a cozy escape into nature with its balcony and refreshing tile floors. The private bathroom was a sanctuary with its luxurious shower and soft bathrobes, perfect for someone who loves to be in touch with the outdoors. Cons: I found the sharp shield over the TV table a bit unsafe, but others may still enjoy the room's amenities.

Our reasonably spacious room had views over city. It included climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, in the middle of jackson! A cool bonus was nearby Dome Cafe, that offered tea and coffee: )

Smart TVs allow for easy device connection, and the well, equipped kitchen was a bonus. Aswathy's attentive guest service added a special touch to the experience.
